Refund policy
Don't worry! We accept returns for any damaged, misprinted or defective items. Any claims for such items must be submitted within 14 days after the products have been received. Please contact info@toked.com first if you plan to return your item. In addition to the defect, damage or misprint needing to be documented all returned items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, dog hair, smoke or wear, etc) with all product tags/labels attached in the original packaging. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Instructions
All return packages must be processed by contacting Customer Support at info@toked.com. This will ensure proper processing of your return. We are not responsible for items sent to us without notification. We reserve the right to refuse or deny any return and may request additional information as a condition of the return.
Returns must be made within 14 days from the day the item was received.
Buyer must understand and agree to pay for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). This includes non-reimbursement of any expedited shipping services selected at the time of purchase. We strongly recommend you insure your package as we are not liable for any product(s) lost or damaged in transit. Please allow 2 weeks for the processing of your return once it has arrived at our facility.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us ASAP and we will try our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped.
We currently do not offer exchanges. Please make sure you are selecting the correct size when making a purchase.
